Life is Strange has been in a pretty good place recently, with Double Exposure having brought back Max Caulfield in a pretty big way back in 2024. With how long game development can take these days, you’d have thought that would mean we’d be waiting at least a few years for the next game in the series, but it seems as though the folks over at Deck Nine have been working overtime.

While the news was probably supposed to break during Life is Strange's big real livestream, Xbox Wire seems to have pulled the trigger a little early. In a new post, it was announced that the next mainline Life is Strange title — Life is Strange: Reunion — will be launching on March 26 later this year, which is less than two years since the release of Double Exposure.

In the Xbox Wire post, Life is Strange: Reunion is being billed as the "thrilling finale to the Max and Chloe saga."
