Ever since Resident Evil Requiem was first revealed, fans have wondered whether it was going to get a snazzy collector's edition like Village and the recent remakes. As time went on, though, it started to become clear that Capcom was skipping out on a big release, which one leaker has even suggested is due to Trump's tariffs.
While we aren't getting a Requiem collector's edition like many of us hoped, the recent Resident Evil Showcase confirmed that statues based on Leon and Grace that likely would have come with a CE are being sold separately. There's bad news for anyone hoping to get either of the statues, though, as they appear to be quite pricey outside of Japan.
