Yakuza Kiwami 3 Fans Are Going Into Meltdown After A Drastically Altered Ending Has Seemingly Leaked

Yakuza 3 Kiwami is currently fighting an uphill battle against its fans at the moment, as developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios has seemingly slipped up at every possible opportunity. First, it managed to turn the Yakuza faithful by ignoring the #RemoveKagawa movement, which sought to recast a character from Yakuza Kiwami 3 that was played by infamous Japanese actor Teruyuki Kagawa, who admitted to sexual misconduct back in 2022 after harassing a hostess in 2019.

It then started revealing that certain popular elements of the original Yakuza 3, such as the Revelation scenes, had been cut from the remake. Finally, fans of the game were even more infuriated by the state of the game's demo, which revealed that the game lacks many of the improvements that people were hoping for, and actually looked worse than the original game in places thanks to needless filters. To put a long story short, Yakuza fans aren't very happy with Kiwami 3 right about now.
