A brand new Dragon Ball game, Dragon Ball Project: Age 1000, has been revealed during the Genkidamatsuri livestream, and it's coming in 2027.
Although Dragon Ball fans might be a bit starving when it comes to the anime, anyone who's into video games has been incredibly well fed for the past few years. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has been keeping steady for nearly a decade, Kakarot seems like it's on a similarly lengthy trajectory, and Sparking Zero just gave us the best Dragon Ball game since FighterZ, no matter what the internet says.
That's not even mentioning The Breakers, Dragon Ball Legends, or Gekishin Squadra, which all go to show just how much of a staple Dragon Ball has become in the world of gaming. As if all of that wasn't enough, today's Genkidamatsuri festival featured a brand new game announcement that's arguably one of the most exciting in some time - Dragon Ball Project: Age 1000.
