Dragon Ball Fans Are Certain That Project: Age 1000 Is Actually Xenoverse 3

Dragon Ball fans are pretty convinced that the mysterious Dragon Ball Project: Age 1000 is actually just Xenoverse 3, and there's a decent amount of evidence backing that theory up.

As promised, yesterday's Dragon Ball Genkidamatsuri was a massive moment for Dragon Ball fans that granted pretty much every wish that we had. Sparking Zero finally getting more content? Check. A brand new anime series that adapts the Moro arc from the Super manga? You bet. How about a remake of the Super anime that fixes its infamously iffy animation? It's all here, baby.

Everything that was announced during Genkidamatsuri was great, but by far the most interesting thing was the reveal of a brand-new game titled Dragon Ball Project: Age 1000. Beyond what we saw in the mysterious teaser, we don't know much about Age 1000, but fans are still pretty convinced that it's Xenoverse 3.

The trailer for Dragon Ball Project: Age 1000 featured a new character designed by Akira Toriyama fighting a bunch of holograms, before seemingly seeing Goku (or an ancestor of his) and turning into a Super Saiyan. Beyond that, the only thing we really know is that it takes place in the far...
