Weirdo life sim Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream is getting its own Nintendo Direct show this week, and if we don't get a release date for the game, I'll be very surprised indeed.
As announced on social media platform X, Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream's Nintendo Direct presentation will be airing on January 29th (that's this Thursday at time of writing) at 6am Pacific/9am Eastern/2pm GMT.
Nintendo hasn't specified exactly what you can expect from the Direct showcase, of course, but the aforementioned release date will almost certainly be included, along with some more gameplay footage and a better idea of what you can expect when Living the Dream rolls around.
Given that the Switch 2 has been released since Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream's original announcement back in March, I'd also be very surprised if we don't see a Switch 2 Edition for the game, but hey: if there's one thing Nintendo likes to do, it's surprise people.
