The next two GameCube games headed to Nintendo Switch 2 via the Nintendo Switch Online subscription service appear to have leaked, possibly ahead of the rumored February 5 Nintendo Direct. While nothing has been officially confirmed, it looks like subscribers are about to get two fan-favorite GameCube classics.
We're now over half a year into the Nintendo Switch 2 generation, and while the console is still young, one of the most exciting promised features was the inclusion of Nintendo GameCube games. It's been pretty slow to get started, however, with a pretty small selection of gamers over the last seven months.
Since the Nintendo Switch 2 launched, the following GameCube games have been slowly added to the Nintendo Switch Online service:

Funnily enough, the two leaked games are not any of the three above. According to a recent Walmart promotional image (via Wario64) Metroid Prime 2: Echoes and Pikmin 2 are joining Nintendo Switch Online's GameCube library. If the rumors of a February 5 Nintendo Direct are to be believed, that's almost certainly where these games will be announced.
