We're nearly five full days into Highguard's release, and while things aren't looking good, specifically when it comes to player counts, where the game has quickly fallen behind some of the other more divisive titles in Steam's history.
That said, on PlayStation, fans are seemingly enjoying the game, or at least enjoying the prospect of earning the Platinum Trophy. So much so that, as of this writing, at least 54 people, per PSNProfiles, have the Platinum.
The list, which consists of 33 Trophies; 20 Bronze, 7 Silver, 5 Golds and the single Platinum, is seeing some heavy completions. Whether that has to do with the potential for the game to eventually shut down or because people genuinely think Highguard is great remains to be seen.
For what it's worth, the first achiever of the Platinum, per PSNProfiles, did like it. It takes about 18 hours, and it's rather straightforward.
"I never expected to raw dog the Platinum, but as i was playing with friends I realized the Trophies aren't too bad, so i just kept going," the achiever wrote on Reddit.
