There's been a countdown clock on an Amazon Fallout website for the past month, ticking down to the Fallout TV show's season two finale. Hopeful Fallout fans thought Amazon might have something official to reveal about potential remasters once the clock hit zero. Well, the clock has now hit zero, but there's still no word on whether Fallout 3 and New Vegas are really getting remastered.
No, instead, when the clock hit zero, it was replaced with a Fallout-esque green screen you can click to take you through to a 3D tour of a vault. A vault from the show, with green circles you press to make it feel like you are walking through it yourself. The site's new content also includes some behind-the-scenes stuff, and basically information you'll probably find pretty interesting if you're a Fallout fan.
The problem is, most of the people who are checking out this site are doing so for very different reasons. There was such a long run-up to the clock hitting zero (a whole month) that a lot of you assumed it had to be something big. So big that, with a Fallout 3 remaster seemingly all but confirmed...
