Nintendo Announces Partner Direct That May Have Good News For FromSoftware Fans

The long wait for more Nintendo news is nearly over, as a Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase has been announced, one that will hopefully give FromSoftware fans an update on a game they've been waiting for.

Nintendo's 2026 schedule is looking grim. While there are some first-party titles in the works, they're very much in the B-tier, such as new Mario Tennis and Yoshi games. The biggest title by far is Pokémon Pokopia, but fans are expecting way more from the franchise, considering 2026 marks the 30th anniversary.

The official Nintendo of America Twitter/X account has announced that a Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase will be held on February 5, 2026, at 6 AM PT/9 AM ET/2 PM GMT. The show will run for roughly thirty minutes and will focus on games made by third-party studios.
