Game over, Nissin. Capcom's got your number. Well, not really. But still. In the best Cup Noodle gaming collaboration since Final Fantasy XV's—and yeah, there have been a lot of 'em—Resident Evil's fictional, outright evil, Umbrella Corporation is going after the best-known instant ramen in the world for allegedly copying their own fare.
Umbrella Noodles is, after all, is a household staple. Exclusively in the Resident Evil universe. But we can all play along and pretend it's true. Its advertisements invite hungry buyers to "get infected," and who doesn't want that? Perhaps Nissin doesn't, because how dare they steal the nefarious organization's intellectual property? They aren't even offering to infect you.
Resident Evil Requiem is upon us, so it's high time we paid a visit to Cup Noodle lawsuits. At least, that's what this hilarious commercial seems to believe.
