Arc Raiders' Shrouded Sky update dropped yesterday, bringing with it two new Arcs, hurricanes, and a whole lot of balancing changes to weapons. It includes a lot of stealth nerfs too; for instance, crafting the Wolfpack and other items now requires a Rocketeer Driver. However, it seems that's not the only thing that was secretly added to the game.
Several players have reported seeing massive UFOs flying across the sky. At first, they look like a couple of Rocketeers in the clouds, but upon closer inspection, it appears to be one massive flying object, and nobody seems to know what the hell it is.
Embark hasn't said a word about this in the patch notes. The Firefly and Comet are the only new Arcs mentioned, so it looks like the devs are teasing another big Arc like the Matriarch or Queen, but this one flies. Considering hurricanes are a big part of the Shrouded Sky update, maybe these giant UFOs have been causing them.
