Arc Raiders' Shrouded Sky update is now live, bringing with it hurricanes, two new Arc, a bunch of new skins, and, most importantly, facial hair. Like with most other live-service games, you can expect some server issues as the new update arrives, but they should get sorted in a matter of hours.
Aside from all these additions, the update also featured a slew of balance changes to the game's weapons. The changes that stand out the most is the Stitcher and Kettle finally getting nerfed. While the two are starter weapons, the community agrees that they are much better than late-game weapons, one upgraded a bit.
The patch notes have detailed out all the changes and adjustments that came with the update. Embark explained why each weapon got nerfed or buffed, giving players an understanding of why they needed to be adjusted. I have to say, this is something that other devs should also follow: explaining adjustments instead of just stating them.
