Nacon has announced that its annual Nacon Connect presentation, which was originally set to air this month, has been delayed to May in order to allow the company to focus its resources on more immediate releases.
In a press release, Nacon says that the show, which was to air in just a couple of days, will instead be taking place in May. No new specific date has been announced, so we'll have to wait to find out exactly when in May we can see the show.
Nacon blames the delay on a "difficult economic environment" for the studio, and it's hard to disagree; last week, the publisher filed for insolvency, claiming that it no longer had the assets to meet its liabilities.
Rather than airing the showcase this week, Nacon says it will use the time to "focus [its] resources on upcoming releases and the development of [its] current games", as well as to "polish [its] projects" and ensure that what's being shown "showcase[s] the work of [its] studios in the best possible way".
Before the Nacon Connect arrives, Nacon has promised "communications" regarding new and upcoming releases like GreedFall: The Dying World, Dragonkin: The Banished, and Cthulhu: The Cosmic...
