Those of you who've signed up for Arc Raiders' second expedition are probably already out there restocking your loot. The game's optional progression rest system sees you trade all your loot and coins for a fresh start and a handful of skill points. However, today's update is going to make it harder to build up your armory.
Embark just dropped update 1.18.0 for Arc Raiders, and it brings a few changes to drop rates, primarily for rare blueprints and rare materials. While even rare blueprints were a dime a dozen during the last expedition, the developers have lowered the drop rates for them, making them harder to come across. That means no more Anvil blueprints in trash cans.
"Lowered the drop rate of rare blueprints slightly and raised the drop rate for high tier materials in First Wave Caches on the Hurricane map condition," says the patch notes. While this won't affect those playing on other map conditions, you'll have the hunt for blueprints a bit harder if you want to play on Arc Raiders' newest map condition.
