Late last year, Konatsu Kato became a streaming star. Following her starring role as Hinako Shimizu in the critically acclaimed Silent Hill f, the actress and model took to YouTube to stream her maiden playthrough of the game. That playthrough quickly went viral: by her own admission, Kato wasn't a gamer, and Silent Hill's scares hit her hard. Not long after, a two-minute video of her buying a PS5 blew up.
Speaking to TheGamer ahead of Resident Evil Requiem's launch, Grace Ashcroft actress Angela Sant'Albano suggested that she had considered streaming the game, and our chat might have given her the push.
Much like Kato, Sant'Albano wasn't much of a gamer, at least until she starred as Grace in Resident Evil Requiem. She told TheGamer that "I've been playing, and I really enjoy it. Talk about getting a little bit obsessed."
