Following Its Recent Sequel Reveal, Kena: Bridge Of Spirits Is Coming To The Nintendo Switch 2

Last month, during the PlayStation State of Play, Sony revealed a sequel to the 2021 hit, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, titled Kena: Scars of Kosmora.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits was initially a timed exclusive for PlayStation and PC before coming to Xbox in 2024. Nintendo Switch players had, until now, been left in the lurch, though. That is about to change, however, as developer Ember Lab has confirmed that Kena: Bridge of Spirits will be hitting the Nintendo Switch 2 this spring.

Ember Lab has confirmed that Kena: Bridge of Spirits, alongside all of its currently released content, will be released on Nintendo Switch 2 later this year.

The Switch 2 version includes the base game, the Anniversary DLC, which features Charmstones, Spirit Guide Trials, Kena Outfits, and accessibility features, and a New Game+ mode, which allows players to replay the game with all of their unlocked skills and abilities, alongside "redesigned and more challenging combat encounters."

Kena: Bridge of Spirits was critically acclaimed at launch. It achieved an 81 on Metacritic, and won big at that year's iteration of The Game Awards, scooping up the Best Independent Game and Best Debut Indie Game gongs. During my first stint as...
