One of Resident Evil Requiem's surprise returning characters might not be as dead as the game makes them look, as players have noticed that their "corpse" actually disappears.
As if bringing back Leon Kennedy and trying to conclude his story that started more than 20 years ago wasn't enough, Resident Evil Requiem's back half is absolutely stuffed with references, call-backs, and returning characters. There's one in particular that has made an impact on fans, once they were all sure it was actually him.

I am, of course, talking about Hunk, everyone's favourite fourth survivor who suddenly shows up at the end of Requiem for a one-on-one duel with Leon Kennedy. Considering this is the missile-parrying Leon we're talking about, that encounter doesn't go well for Hunk, and Requiem clearly wants you to think he's dead. That might not be the case, though.
