Slay the Spire 2 is here, and it's boasting some pretty impressive numbers right out of the gates — at least enough to accidentally embarrass Bungie's Marathon anyway. This is all despite the game being in Early Access, and just like most games at that stage of development, it seems as though Slay the Spire 2 is in need of a few important tweaks.
This is according to one Slay the Spire veteran who goes by JapaneseExport on Reddit, who has racked up 10,000 hours in the original (thanks GamesRadar), and claims to be one of the top five best players in the world. Essentially, this is the opinion of someone that knows what they're talking about, and they reckon that one of Slay the Spire 2's characters is "very worrying" at the moment.
In a recent post on the Slay the Spire subreddit, Japanese Export explains that they've been playing a bunch of Slay the Spire 2 in order to see what the card balance is like this time around, and what could do with some tweaks.
