PS Plus Premium Subscribers Are Fed Up Of Being Drip-Fed Classic Games

From TheGamer (Written by Josh Coulson) on | OpenCritic

PlayStation Plus Premium is the subscription service's highest, most expensive tier. Premium's biggest draw is the access you get to a library of classic games dating all the way back to the PS1. However, after seven months of getting just one new classic per month, those who have continued stuck with Premium are starting to wonder why they keep paying for it.

PlayStation confirmed which games will be added to Plus this month via the PlayStation Blog this week, revealing the eight titles coming to Extra, headlined by Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2. Exciting stuff until you reach the very short section covering what Premium subscribers have to look forward to via March's Classics Catalog update.

Just the one new classic this month - Tekken Dark Resurrection. Not only disappointing because we already knew about it - it and May's Premium game, Time Crisis, were announced during February's State of Play - but because, as highlighted by Push Square, this is the seventh month in a row that PlayStation has added a single game to the Premium's classics via its regularly scheduled mid-month updates.
