The Planet Crafter 2.0 Update Brings Big Changes "in the Coming Weeks" | TechRaptor

Developer and publisher Miju Games has announced a major new update for its space survival game The Planet Crafter, and the changes are so big that the studio is calling this one its "2.0" update.

In a post on Steam, Miju says The Planet Crafter 2.0 will launch sometime "in the coming weeks". Like previous The Planet Crafter updates, this one will be free as well.

Firstly, you're getting a tranche of new content in this update, including a new biome, new decorations, and improvements to existing biomes, as well as new portal locations and more.

Various new features will also be introduced as part of the 2.0 update for The Planet Crafter. Chief among them is a third-person mode, so you can admire your astronaut alongside the environment they're building, and you'll also get some new quality-of-life improvements and more.

Miju is making improvements to The Planet Crafter's visuals as part of this upcoming update, too, so expect graphical boosts to features like skyboxes, terrain, and shaders. Overall, The Planet Crafter should look substantially better when Miju is done.
