Resident Evil Live-Acton Movie Director Has Already Beaten Requiem Twice

The Resident Evil live action movies are barely connected to the video games. By that, I mean some characters share the same name, and that's about it. However, the next live action movie will be directed by Zach Creggor, who has some horror experience with Weapons. Creggor is already a step up, as he is actually a fan of the games.

It's always helpful when the director is familiar with the source material, even though Creggor has said that it will be an original story set in the Resident Evil universe. Fans will be happy to learn that the director has played through Resident Evil Requiem, not once, but twice. So, their favourite series might be in good hands.

As spotted by GamesRadar, Deadline writer Destiny Jackson posted a tweet about meeting Creggor and chatting with him about the Resident Evil games. "I fulfilled a lifelong dream of meeting the whitest kid I know!" said Jackson's tweet. "Zac Cregger & talked to him about Resident Evil Requiem (he said he beat it twice already!) I’m so happy."
