Ever since Resident Evil Requiem dropped, people have been debating over a tiny little detail at the very end of the game: Leon Kennedy's wedding ring. The game never spells out that he's married, but it's pretty clear that he is — the question is, to whom? Some think it's Claire and that he's continuing the Redfield bloodline, others that it's Ada Wong, and a surprising proportion believe it to be Sherry, y'know, the girl he's known since she was a kid.
Others think it might be Ashley, or someone we've never met before.
Not even Nick Apostolides himself knows who Leon is married to, and he refused to pick a side since "Half the fans would want to hang me," a bit like when Doug Cockle was asked to pick between Yennefer and Triss, and he picked Shani. Director Koshi Nakanishi is remaining tight-lipped, to say the least, but he at least teased that all will be revealed in due time.
