Fortnite's Price Hikes Just Went Live Today, Pushing Up The Cost Of V-Bucks

Epic controversially revealed it would be increasing the price of V-Bucks earlier this month, citing a need to "pay the bills" as the reason for doing so. Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 begins today, which means those announced price hikes have now gone live, so this is how much the in-game currency is going to cost you starting today.

If you buy V-Bucks, even if it's just to purchase the Battle Pass each season, this is a breakdown of just how much extra you're going to have to pay if you do plan on still playing and buying in-game currency following today's price increase. There are plans to boycott the game in the face of the price hike. That's seemingly only for today, although that will have an effect since the days on which new seasons begin are typically the ones when Fortnite's player count spikes the highest.
