Lies of P Sales Hit 4m as Sequel Info Remains Elusive | TechRaptor

Developer and publisher Neowiz has announced that its Soulslike Lies of P has passed another major sales milestone, although unfortunately, we still don't really know what's happening with the long-awaited sequel.

In a post on X, Neowiz confirms that the game has hit four million sales around the world, a figure that appears to include both physical and digital sales.

The new sales figure means that Lies of P has racked up another million sales since June last year, when it managed to hit three million following the release of the Overture DLC (which was previously intended for the first quarter of 2025).

With news of Lies of P's latest sales milestone comes speculation regarding what's happening with the long-awaited sequel, which was first revealed back in late 2023 alongside the first tease of what would eventually become Overture.

At that point, Lies of P director Ji Won Choi said that the game's development team was focused on "developing the DLC and working on our sequel", which was followed by two years of near-silence regarding the project.
