Life Is Strange: Reunion Isn't Just Max's Last Game, As Forbidden Planet Claims It's The Final Game In The Series As A Whole

Forbidden Planet has a new line of Life is Strange merch to go along with the upcoming release of Reunion, which it boldly claims is the "final installment" of the series as a whole.

We might have all rolled our eyes at the Avengers-style "Max Caufield will return" message at the end of Life is Strange: Double Exposure, but at least Reunion appears to be taking its role as Max and Chloe's final game seriously. One of the main bits of messaging around Reunion since it was revealed is that it's going to wrap up Pricefield's story for good.

You could argue that Max and Chloe's story was already wrapped up after Bae or Bay, but Reunion wants to take it one step further with one final adventure for the pair. You'd think that would leave the series wide open for future entries, but Forbidden Planet seems to think it's bringing the Life is Strange games as a whole to a close.
