Fortnite's New Peak Skin Is Almost Three Times As Expensive As The Actual Game

Fortnite's new season is here, which is bringing with it a bunch of new skins, which, unfortunately, include some Italian brainrot characters. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then you are blessed.

One of the more interesting crossovers, however, is with the video game Peak, as a customizable skin that lets you change its color and face is soon to be added. If you want this skin for yourself, you'll have to part with a whopping 2,000 V-Bucks, and while that's kind of standard for what the Peak skin is in Fortnite, it doesn't really jive well with the overall feel of the game Peak itself.

First reported by GamesRadar, it was worked out by a Twitter user called Cuzl_2 that, thanks to the recent V-Bucks price increase, the minimum you can get 2,000 V-Bucks is about $22.99, which is how much the 2,400 V-Bucks pack is worth. That is almost three times what the actual game Peak is worth, meaning you could pretty much buy three copies of Peak for the price of Fortnite's Peak skin.
