Lords of the Fallen Update Gives Co-op Partners Greater Power | TechRaptor

CI Games has released a brand new update for Lords of the Fallen, and it brings even more ways for your co-op partner to interact with the world, plus bug fixes and lots more.

As outlined in a new Steam post, Lords of the Fallen's new update is available now. It's been "guided by player feedback" to ensure greater "player freedom". Just to be clear, we're talking about the 2023 Lords of the Fallen, not the 2014 original.

If you're playing in shared progression co-op mode, your co-op partner can now look forward to being able to upgrade their equipment, interact with vendors, and warp between Vestiges of their own volition, as well as kicking off boss fights if they so choose.

Non-shared co-op players can now decide whether guests have limited or full privileges. Limited privileges still allow co-op players to rest at Vestiges and interact with vendors, but full privileges grant them the ability to begin boss battles, skip cutscenes, and even plant Vestige seeds if they want to.
