HoYoverse has revealed the release date for Genshin Impact Version Luna VI, which brings a brand new area of Mondstadt, a new five-star character, and much more with it when it launches next month.
As the name implies, Version Luna VI is the latest entry in the Version Luna update cycle, which replaced standard numbered patches back in September. Version Luna VI is due to launch across all platforms on April 8th.
When it arrives, Version Luna VI will introduce you to the northern reaches of Mondstadt, where HoYoverse says you'll find "new terrestrial areas and the Temple of Space high in the clouds for exploration". The Temple of Space will allow you to revisit some of your past adventures and learn more about its enigmatic ruler.
It wouldn't be a Genshin Impact update without a new character for your roster, and Version Luna VI's offering on that front is Linnea, a Geo Bow user who can increase Lunar-Crystallize damage and lower Geo resistance. What's more, finding rare things in nature will "earn Linnea badges for her backpack".
