If recent rumors are to be believed, Fox McCloud and Co. are apparently making a major comeback later this year on Nintendo Switch 2 to the tune of a brand-new video game, the first Star Fox title since Star Fox Zero for the Wii U in 2016.
Whenever the Star Fox reboot is announced and then subsequently released, the game will apparently be very funny, at least that's what one insider is reporting.
In a new episode of Video Games Chronicle's "VGC Podcast," Alex Donaldson shared what he had heard about the in-development project, noting that humor seems to have a prominent part.
"So, being honest, I have heard this is possibly a thing, and the thing that was said to me was, 'Oh, the game is really funny,' and that suggests perhaps the writing is a focus," he said.
Nintendo and Illumination sure look like they're about to debut the Super Smash Bros Cinematic Universe.
