Pokemon Champions is finally here, and I'm sure that every Pokemon fan is incredibly surprised to hear that it's a little bit wonky. We have some moves not working properly, items being used up when they shouldn't, and a lot of general chicanery that you've now come to expect from your average Pokemon games.
While not many of the game's issues have been a really large cause for concern so far, there does appear to be one bug out there that is snatching away your Pokemon, locking them away in the bowels of Pokemon HOME purgatory.
First reported by Twitter user Azazel_the_God, it appears as though a bug can occur during the process of moving a Pokemon from Pokemon HOME and Champions. On occasion, there's a possibility that an error can occur when sending one through, and this resulting error will, for some reason, completely wreck your chances of getting that Pokemon into a different game.
According to this user, attempting to transfer the Pokemon to Champions again throws up another error, making it impossible to transfer in, while other errors will apparently also occur when you try and move the affected Pokemon into other games like Scarlet...
