Hytale has gone from getting canceled to being revived and attracting millions of players. Now it has reached such a high level of success since that revival that a ripoff copycat version has popped up on the Nintendo eShop. A copycat so brazen in what it's trying to do that it hasn't even bothered to come up with a different name.
A game called Hytale: Sandbox RPG is currently available on Nintendo Switch for $7.99. Incredibly reasonable and surprisingly simple since, at present, the only place you can play the revived Minecraft-like is through its website on PC, and there are different tiers of support to choose from, the cheapest of which is $23.99.

Switch owners perusing the eShop might even be fooled into thinking Hytale has quietly launched on consoles and, for only $8, add it to their virtual cart without giving it a second thought.
