Insomniac Hiring Fuels Spider-Man 3 Rumors

Only yesterday we reported that Ben Jordan, the face model for Peter Parker in Marvel's Spider-Man series, may have accidentally revealed that Spider-Man 3 was in the works. He posted and immediately deleted a post of him in facial capturing gear, with the caption. "If you know, you know." While that incident alone could have meant a number of things, Insomniac Games may have just further fueled the rumours.

The studio listed a number of job openings it was hiring for, mostly revolving around art and VFX. The timing feels too convenient for the two to not be linked, and it's probable that the next Spider-Man game is in active development. While there's no official word on the studio's next project after Marvel's Wolverine, things are definitely starting to line up.

Among the job listings are Character Art External Development Manager, Lead VFX Artist, Senior Character Artists (bodies and heads), Senior Facial Character TD, and VFX Artist. Now, I'm no expert on game development, but with Wolverine launching in September, it's unlikely that these roles will work on the project.
