After what sounds like a successful launch for Mafia: The Old Country, we currently have no official word on what's next for the Mafia series. Diehard fans have been piecing together the clues as of late, though, and they think all signs point to a sequel for The Old Country, and then a Mafia 2 remake after it.
Those diehard fans are the minds behind the YouTube channel, Mafia Game Videos. In their latest video, they presented the evidence that one of the next Mafia games will build on the foundation set by The Old Country. Not only did Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick comment on its commercial success, but shortly after its launch, Isabella actor Cariana Conti claimed the studio behind it, Hangar 13, had already been given the green light to make its next Mafia game.

In addition to that, Mafia Game Videos highlights an interview with the most recent Mafia game's director, Alex Cox, in which they refer to The Old Country as a "soft reboot" for the series. Not only does that suggest the next Old Country game is likely already in development, but that the odds of there being a Mafia 4 anytime...
