One Of The Worst-Reviewed Games Of 2026 Is Coming To Consoles

Every so often, a video game comes out that is so bad that you have to see it, or in this case, play it, to believe it. Last year, it was MindsEye, a video game that is still making headlines nearly a year after it launched. This year, it might be a tie between Code Violet and Samson: A Tyndalston Story.

The latter was released just 10 days ago, while the former dominated headlines in early February as one of the worst PlayStation titles to ever grace the digital storefront.

Samson is the third-worst reviewed game on Metacritic so far this year, boasting an awful 50. It's bad, but not nearly as bad as Tokyo Scramble (39 on Metacritic) and Code Violet (29 on Metacritic).

Good games had their fun already. Now it's bad games' turn.

Still, it's not a particularly good game. It is, however, going to come to consoles at some point, which is either a good thing or bad thing, depending on who you ask.
