To no one's surprise, Dragon Ball Project: Age 1000 has been officially revealed as Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 during Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2026.
A few months ago, the Dragon Ball Genkidamatsuri showcase dropped some absolute bombshells on fans, from the long-awaited confirmation of a new Super anime arc to the big DLC plans for Sparking Zero. By far the biggest news from the event, however, was the reveal of Dragon Ball Project: Age 1000, a new game with heavy involvement from series creator Akira Toriyama.
Even though the reveal trailer for Age 1000 was short and didn't reveal too much, pretty much everyone agreed that the project was actually Xenoverse 3. Everything from the clearly customisable main character (lovingly dubbed John Dragon Ball) to the use of signature moves just screamed Xenoverse, and we've all been waiting for Bandai to just come out and say it. That day is finally here.
