It's been a full four years since the final character (Android 21) was added to the roster of Dragon Ball FighterZ. In the time since then, FighterZ has continued to remain popular, particularly in the Fighting Game Community (FGC) and with creatives who've continued to toy with the roster.
Now, FighterZ is making a comeback with a brand-new character addition: Super Saiyan 4 (Daima).
After rumors began percolating last September about the possibility of a new character addition long after its final DLC add, Arc System Works confirmed a month later that there would be one more character, the now-canon version of Goku's most popular form, Super Saiyan 4.
Flash forward to today's Dragon Ball Battle Hour, and we finally have a release date for SSJ4 Goku (Daima). It's coming next week, on April 22, or Wednesday. The release date announcement was accompanied by a two-minute-long gameplay trailer, including a particularly neat standoff between SSJ4 Gogeta and SSJ4 Goku (Daima).
Per the trailer, Goku will be available via the Daima DLC Pack, which, beyond including a new character, will also feature three types of Z Stamps, plus three new Avatars for the in-game...
