For a new IP, Capcom has absolutely smashed it with Pragmata. Not only is it getting critical acclaim, but even fans have been rating it highly, with Overwhelmingly Positive reviews on Steam. However, if that's not enough for you, perhaps comparing it with some of Capcom's other games might paint a clearer picture.
Resident Evil 4 Remake is the best rated Capcom game on Steam, among the many hits that the studio has been putting out over the last few years. With a 96.12 percent positive rating, and a peak concurrent player count of 168,191, it's easily the most successful game by the studio in multiple metrics. If you were wondering how well Pragmata has been doing, it's not very far off the top.
Sitting in seventh spot on SteamDB's list of the studio's best rested games on Steam, Pragmata only has Resident Evil 2, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, Resident Evil Requiem, Devil May Cry 5, and Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective above it (thanks, GamesRadar). That's three legacy IPs and two cult hits. For a new IP, that's absolutely fantastic.
