We're going to get a proper showcase tomorrow for the officially revealed Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, but it seems the leaks still haven't stopped. We already got a peek at screenshots and a snippet of the trailer that will be showcased tomorrow, but now it seems more details about the remake have emerged.
There were rumors about the remake being reworked to fit the modern RPG Assassin's Creed games, but those have since been quashed. However, based on new information reportedly acquired by Insider Gaming, the remake will get a reworked combat system and will also rehaul the original's annoying tailing missions.
Black Flag featured the classic Assassin's Creed combat system, featuring quick counterattacks and dodging, along with the neat gadgets. It seems Black Flag Resynced will rework this to be more action-oriented. Insider Gaming got its hands on a leaked presentation, which features Edward Kenway voice actor, Matt Ryan, describing the changes.
