Vampire Survivors and Vampire Crawlers developer Poncle has revealed that it's currently actively working on more than 15 new games, with even more in the pipeline at various stages of development.

Speaking to The Game Business' Chris Dring, Poncle exec Matteo Sapio confirmed the studio's current active development slate and also revealed that the developer is opening new offices in Italy and Japan. Looks like that Vampire Survivors cash is really paying off.

Some of the 15 projects currently in development will be Vampire Survivors-esque games set in different universes, according to Sapio. There are even more of those in the works at other studios, too, as the upcoming Warhammer Survivors can attest to.

Vampire Survivors itself isn't doing too badly, either, Sapio says, with the game having recently surpassed 27 million players. It's worth noting, though, that the bullet heaven shoot-'em-up is currently available on Game Pass, so that doesn't mean 27 million people have bought it.

You may also be wondering what's going on with Poncle's foray into the third-party publishing sphere. Well, according to Sapio, the company is pausing its efforts on that front, although the pause doesn't mean a complete halt.
