Despite being a new IP, Pragmata is doing really well. Not only did it manage to sell a million copies in just two days, but it's already competing with some of Capcom's all-time greats on Steam. It seems the studio can do no wrong at the moment. However, just because it's a new IP, it doesn't mean the studio won't have fun with it.
Capcom is notorious for hiding references in its games. Resident Evil Requiem has a number of references to previous titles, and even Pragmata has one that merges two of the studio's biggest IPs. It seems fans have found one more reference to Resident Evil, and this one's pretty bizarre.
At some point in the game, you'll find yourself in an AI-generated version of New York, where things will feel quite unsettling. As pointed out by swii_live on Instagram (thanks GamesRadar), one of the unsettling things you'll see in this AI-generated New York is a billboard with a ticker at the bottom that says, "a Wesker production com."
