If you missed out on the, ahem, "Ballroom Etiquette: Greasy Delights" item back during Endwalker's Patch 6.5 collab with KFC, then you can finally get your hands on that fabled /eatchicken emote now, via the Final Fantasy XIV x Jollibee collab. Yep, Square Enix has made Eorzea's fried chicken synonymous with not one, but two, major fast food chains.
There's a catch, though. Actually, there are several catches. First, despite originating and downright thriving in the Philippines, this collaboration is only available for Jollibee locations in the United States and Canada. Never mind the fact that the vast majority of the chain's coverage is in Southeast Asia—it's North America alone, and even then, just a portion of it.
And how strong is Jollibee's pull in these parts of the world, exactly? Um, not strong at all. By my count, there locations in only 14 states, and it's that much more dire in Canada. Folks aren't thrilled.
