Final Fantasy 14 Patch 7.5 is finally here, and with it has come a whole new set of main quests, a new trial to get stuck into (I'll be banging my head against the extreme later), and a bunch of cool new systems, including improved housing limites and dye consolidation. It's a chunky little update, and one that sets up the next expansion quite nicely, but it has also come with a little surprise.
Upon the end of maintenance for Patch 7.5, it turns out a lot of Final Fantasy 14 players had a little stowaway hiding in their fashion accessories section of their inventories. For no apparent reason, hundreds of fans discovered a small "Senor Otter Pack" in there, and have absolutely no idea what they did to actually grab the item.
On social media, you can find plenty of bewildered players wondering exactly where this cute little pack came from, including the Twitter user Peachipon above. They have no recollection of completing a quest for the pack, and those that know how fashion accessories work, they have to be redeemed before they even show up there. It's highly unlikely that this many people just forgot.
