Now that Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced has been officially announced, after all the leaks, Ubisoft has revealed that it's not just the visuals that are getting an overhaul. There's a bunch of new content, quests, and even characters coming to the remake, along with a few technical changes, like the parkour, combat, and the tailing missions.
However, the devs have also decided to modernize the game's HUD and UI. Assassin's Creed games already have a bad reputation when it comes to cluttered UI, and Black Flag already had a lot more UI-related features thanks to its ship combat. So, the developers decided that Black Flag Resynced will get a customizable HUD and detailed UI options.
In a detailed post on the official Assassin's Creed subreddit, Ubisoft mentioned all the things you can change and customize when it comes to the game's HUD and UI. Considering that most fans would have already experienced the original, giving us the freedom to customize the UI to our preference is a great move.
