Pokemon Pokopia Players Have Already Found A Workaround For Its Sableye Event

Pokemon Pokopia's latest event started yesterday and introduced Sableye to the hugely popular new spinoff. However, Pokemon fans have spent so much time playing Pokopia already that, within hours of the event going live, they'd figured out an easier way to gather the red crystals Sableye wants in exchange for new items.

As has been the case for prior Pokopia events, you'll need a Pokemon Center to trigger this one. That's typically where you'll find the Pokemon a new event brings with it hanging out, and it's where you'll be introduced to Sableye. The new addition will then task you with going out into the world to find red crystal fragments. Once acquired, you can trade them for new items with Sableye.

The red crystal fragments aren't particularly hard to find. However, you do need to summon Drifloon to take you to a Dream Island, and then venture down into a cave to mine them so you can then bring them back for Sableye. It's not that much effort, although that hasn't stopped some players from quickly resorting to Pokopia's 3D-printing mechanic instead.
