40 Percent Of Resident Evil Requiem Players Did Grace's Campaign In Third Person

With how quickly video games release these days, Resident Evil Requiem might as well be a lifetime ago. After all, it did release on February 27, and we're already into the month of May.

That said, Requiem has had some major staying power, thanks, in part, to some player discoveries, like how to increase Leon's accuracy, or the fact that an entire "phantom chapter" was cut from the game.

Capcom has confirmed that plenty of new content is coming to Resident Evil Requiem.

Now, via developer Koshi Nakanishi, who spoke with Denfaminico Gamer, we have a better idea of how Requiem players used the game's camera system, and whether they kept things the way they were intended or switched things around.

It turns out, players were a lot more picky with Grace than they were with Leon.

The majority of players, roughly 90 percent, elected to play Leon's campaign in the recommended third-person view point. As VideoGamesChronicle noted, Leon's appearances in RE games have historically been in third-person, making the decision that much easier.

Still, 10 percent of players wanted to truly feel like Leon Kennedy via first-person, and we can't blame them. After all, few video game...
