When a new free-to-play anime game launches, there is some level of expectation that parts of it will have been designed to appease a certain type of gamer. A recent example is Zenless Zone Zero, a game where things got so bad that the developers were forced to remove the ability to zoom in on characters' behinds. The First Descendent, while not an anime game, also featured many of the "gooner" tropes we've come to expect.
The latest game to fall foul of this is Neverness to Everness, a free-to-play gacha title that is already proving exceedingly popular. Having launched a couple of days ago, players are already looking for ways to make things a little more adult, as such, propelling it up the gooner league table.
