After months of no roster announcements, Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, the upcoming tag fighter developed by Arc System Works in partnership with PlayStation, has opened the floodgates in recent weeks, confirming more and more characters for its launch-day 20-character roster.

As revealed in a new trailer at EVO Japan 2026 in Tokyo, Bruce Banner's Hulk and the Shuri iteration of Black Panther will round out Team Fighting Avengers, alongside Iron Man and Captain America, who were previously announced.
"Led by Captain America, this newly formed Avengers squad comes together to confront a new threat facing Earth," a post on the PlayStation Blog read. "As heroes watched closely — and admired greatly — by people around the world, we hope you’re looking forward to seeing how they rise to the challenge in Episode Mode."
This iteration of Hulk has some dinosaur bone-based armor, due to the fact that S.H.I.E.L.D. and the government exiled him to the Savage Land. "There, Hulk lives a quiet life, surrounded by nature and animals, but his distrust of the Avengers has yet to fade," the post notes.
As for Black Panther, Shuri only recently became the ruler of Wakanda...
