Borderlands 4 is suddenly popular again. Shooting up to a peak player count of 27,000 after falling as low as 6–7,000, the free weekend has clearly helped. But the thing driving conversation on social media right now isn’t the promotion. It’s Loveless, the new Vault Hunter, and the community is anything but loveless for her.
People are ogling Loveless like she’s a legendary Lockjaw, but then you have the odd few who are using photo mode to be a bit, uh… weird. Across X, you might stumble on a couple of popular posts right now where fans are eyeing up her skirt, which is starting to feel First Descendant-levels of please-go-and-touch-grass. Then you have people cramming the camera right up close and into her model to try and peek through her dress.
Thankfully, Gearbox came prepared. Shoving the camera that close won’t turn Borderlands 4 into an explicit adult game, as discovered by the very thorough Reddit user throwaway123bananas, who found that she has crossed tape over her nips.
“Turns out that neither Vex nor Harlowe have this,” they said. “Loveless is the only character to have this.”
