Playing as The Dark Urge in Baldur's Gate 3changes a lot about your playthrough, including how you romance your companions. Now, your love interest has to help you navigate the compulsion for murder that threatens to overtake you at every turn, making their romance extra angsty if you fail to resist the urge.

So, naturally, The Dark Urge's new evil ending makes the most of this, giving us one final conversation with our love interest before we carry out Bhaal's will. In this conversation, you can give your paramour the "honour" of being your first kill in your campaign against Faerûn, and their reactions are absolutely heartbreaking.
